Room Rental Rates
w Rental fee includes tables & chairs. Glassware, serving dishes and/or utensils are not provided.
w Rental rates are for up to four (4) hours of use and access to the facility is available four (4) hours prior to the event. Weddings and Wedding Receptions (ONLY) will be extended to four (4) hours prior to an event for decorating unless the Center is reserved under the One Day Rental Rate. Extended facility access is available for an additional fee.
w A deposit of 20% of event rental (excluding any discounts) will be required at the time of reservation. (35% deposit if alchohol is being served.)
w Linens, napkins & some decorative items are available for an additional fee.
w Multimedia equipment (i.e. laptop, projector, screen) is available for an additional fee.
